We've been making our own vanilla for quite a while now. 'Why are we doing that' you may ask? Two very mediocre reasons: 1) we can, 2) that's just the kind of people we are. Anyways, after doing this for a few years now, we have decided to start selling this.
Like we will tell you in person, there are some advantages to using alcohol-free vanilla, as opposed to its alcohol-based counterpart. Foremost of these reasons is that Glycerin-based vanilla can be put into a recipe at any given moment, rather than at the last minute.
