We bake dessert items the olde-fashioned way with the highest quality ingredients we can get. We use modern tools and traditional techniques to create delicious baked goods.

We also love a good challenge.  If you have a dietary challenge we don’t already address or are hankering for something we don’t have on the menu, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

We bake with nutrient dense ingredients because we have found that they are not only more nutritious but they taste better as well.

It is increasingly difficult to find treats made with minimally processed ingredients like our ancestors used.  While we are not always able to source certified organic ingredients, we always strive to find the highest quality organic (or “ecoganic”), local and natural ingredients practical.

We do this because we are very aware of the effects of using ingredients grown in or containing pesticides, GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms), HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup), etc on both the environment in general and (more importantly) our own bodies.  Our family has worked hard to eliminate these ingredients from our diet and are striving towards using the principles set forth by WAPF (the Weston A. Price Foundation).

Our commitment to you is that we will not use any ingredients in our products that we would not use to feed our own family.

Spend a little time around us and you’ll soon find we’re an Earth-friendly kind of business.  But our goal isn’t to worship the creation we live on.  You see...

In the Beginning, God (the Lord Jesus Christ) created Life, the Universe and Everything.  After creating Man, He told us to take care of His creation:

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 1:28 (KJV)

This is why we strive to reduce our impact on the environment, use as few chemicals as possible and in general strive to use as many renewable resources as possible.

Just as God originally asked us to care for His planet, He also told us He would take care of us, and all we need to do is ask.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 (KJV)
