Good morrow to all, we are a small home bakery but a good one. These are a few words we wish to bring for our introduction…

WHAT WE DO:

We bake dessert items the old fashioned way with the highest quality ingredients we can get. We use modern tools and traditional techniques to create delicious baked goods.

WHY WE BAKE OUR WAY:

We bake with organic ingredients because we have found that they are not only more nutritious but they taste better as well. We make several items with gluten free ingredients because we have gluten sensitivity and we LOVE our sweets and we know others do too.

WHY WE DO THE BUSINESS:

We’re doing this mainly for fun, but also to raise money for our future plans. In the early days we sold baked goods outside our house to the kids walking home from school. Now Jackson is saving money for a car and Ben is saving money to be an exchange student to Japan. However our goal is still to sell high quality good eats.

NOTE:

Our kitchen is used to create both Gluten-Free and Regular items. We strive to separate the utensils we use in baking our products to help contain cross-contamination, but it is not a dedicated kitchen.
